We have found them to be very efficient, and they have introduced some excellent reporting systems that give us real time and relevant information.

Carlos, Amanda and their team are certainly onto items that matter most, and we have noticed regular improvements in some of our Common Areas.

Carlos is an outstanding building manager and it’s been a pleasure dealing with him over the last few years. We have lived in a number of apartments and Carlos is by far the best building manager we have come across. He takes great care of the building. He is a great communicator, attentive to details, while having a friendly and calm demeanour which puts residents. Our 3.5 year stay at the Antipodean apartments was the best apartment we have lived in, and Carlos’ management was one of the key reasons for that.
